What we collect
To deliver an order: your name, phone number and delivery address, and — if you are sending a gift — the same for the recipient, plus any message you write. If you create an account: your email and password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form). We also keep a record of your orders.
Why we collect it
Only to confirm, build, photograph and deliver your order, to support you afterwards, and to keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep. We measure how the site is used with page-level analytics that carry no personal data.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to: our own staff and the courier who brings your order. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Anything we no longer need, we delete.
Your rights
Write to us and you can see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account and personal data deleted. We answer within a reasonable time and never charge for it.
