These terms cover buying and renting through this site. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell
We sell composed sets — gift boxes, christening baskets and birthday photo-zones — that you build or pick ready-made. Some items are sold outright and some are rented for your event day; each item says which on its page and in your cart.
How an order is made
Your order is a request until we confirm it. We confirm stock and the delivery date with you, and we may decline an order if an item is genuinely unavailable, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if the request is not one we can fulfil safely. In that case nothing is charged.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency of your market and include the taxes we are required to charge. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, plus any delivery fee shown separately. Prices can change, but never for an order we have already confirmed.
You approve real photos first
Because every set is composed for you, we photograph it from several angles and send it to you before it leaves us. Nothing is delivered until you approve those photos. Your approval is what defines "as ordered" — so please look carefully before you say yes.
Rented items
Rented items stay ours. You pay a refundable deposit on delivery and get it back when the item comes back on time and undamaged. If it is returned late, damaged or not at all, we keep part or all of the deposit to cover the loss, and we will tell you exactly why.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the law of the market you order in. If something goes wrong, contact us first — almost everything is solved with one call. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by anything written here.
